THE IMPACT OF THE INTERNET ON SOCIETY
These days everyone has got a mobile phone, a
computer o a laptop. Some people use them very often and other people just when
it is necessary, but every day the number of Internet addicts is higher. What
is happening?
From my point of view, the Internet has good
things and bad things. On the one hand we can find information fast and easily,
meet new people around the world and discover outstanding things. But in the
other hand, lots of people waste their time using the mobile phone because they
ignore the people who are close to them (like their family or their friends).
Adults are worried about their children because
most of them cannot live without the Internet, especially their mobile phones.
There is also an illness called nomophobia that is the fear of being out of
mobile phone contact.
In conclusion, Internet is a good invention with
fantastic uses but in a properly measure. Everything in excess is bad.
